Meet Layla, our Social Worker Intern!
Hi, I’m Layla Seifden, a master’s level social work intern from Simmons University, with a deep passion for helping children, families and individuals find healing and connection. I’ve had the privilege of working closely with neurodivergent children–supporting them in discovering their strengths, building communication skills and developing confidence. While much of my experience has been with children, I also love working with families, teens and adults who are navigating life transitions–whether complications with relationships and friendships, or exploring their identity. Asking for help is hard, but I believe in meeting each person where they are and honoring the parts of them that have impacted them today. Each person has a unique story, culture and pace of healing, and my approach serves to welcome all of those beautiful things in a warm, collaborative and empathetic way. Rooted in curiosity and hope, our work together revolves around YOU and YOUR goals. You are seen and cared for. I am here to walk alongside you as you heal.
