Sometimes, sitting in an office just doesn’t feel right. Being outdoors and walking has numerous benefits for our health and overall well-being. When we add working on your counseling goals, this can be a powerful combination. We can meet at a local park or take a walk from my office. However it is important to note that being out of the office, may present a risk to your privacy as you will be seen with me and it is possible for people to overhear our conversation.
